Role: Digital Marketing Product Owner
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description: Digital marketing product owner shall be a great team player within the product oriented agile delivery team and collaborate with business owners and the technology development team to transform business vision and roadmap into actionable requirements.

  • The digital marketing product owner will discuss website and portal requirements with business owners.
  • Work with technology agile teams daily to discuss business requirements, technology feasibility and write clear actionable epics, featured and user stories. Collaborating with cross functional IT and digital teams to assess cross functional dependencies and shall be able to clearly communicate within the digital product delivery team.
  • Clearly communicate and share the digital product vision with the departmental IT leaders and cross functional IT leader. Bring innovative ideas and share with business partners towards building a better product in line with business and IT goals and priorities within budget and timing.
  • Collaborate closely with scrum masters, technology vendors, consultants, project management office following client digital product delivery process.
  • Perform product demos during agile sprints and after sprint for the business owner, the scrum team and cross functional business and IT stakeholders. Will join hands with business partners during UAT, report and explain bugs

Required Skills
  • 7+ yeas of experience in building web application with 3+ years as product owner or business systems analyst
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to understand responsive website, portal and mobile app requirements and suggest improvements and best practice based on latest industry standards
  • Clear understanding of latest digital marketing concepts, tools and technologies Ability to prepare professional presentations and reference diagrams using PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Worked on at least one content management platform for website and portal development Understand latest UI / UX concepts and terminologies
  • Experience writing user stories in JIRA Experienced working withing one or more IT scrum teams
  • Experience in life sciences industry in relation to building and managing websites, web portals and web applications.
  • Conducted UAT and knows how to report bugs, conducts digital product demos.
  • Clear understanding of distributed system reference model and cloud-based web applications Clear understanding of product management concepts and methodologies

Preferred Skills:
