Pay: Starting at $21.59/hr+ depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time • 2nd Shift • Overtime Available

Thompson Pipe Group is looking for experienced Welders to join our 2nd shift at our steel pipe manufacturing plant. This is a great opportunity for welders who want steady work, strong teamwork, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Perform welding on steel pipe and fittings using the FCAW process
- Inspect and repair welds to meet quality standards
- Use torches, grinders, and other shop tools
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work with a supportive team and experienced supervisors
- FCAW qualified or able to complete FCAW training upon hire
- Ability to pass a 3G weld test (we test on-site)
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, bending, lifting)
- Good attendance and a strong work ethic
