Change Management Architect

As the Change Management Architect you will work directly with the professional services division at one of our large technology industry clients to manage changes in their customers' organizations and IT operations related to the implementation of M365 Copilot.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement change management strategies that drive employee adoption, minimize resistance, ensure operational readiness and responsible information use, and maximize the value of the investment in M365 Copilot.
- Wrok with cross-functional teams to lead the development and execution of plans that effectively manage and communicate these changes in each customer you work with.
- Work directly with leaders and technical decision-makers to understand business needs, scope projects, and develop roadmaps that consulting teams can deliver against.
- Good understanding of change management best practices and methodologies and will use this expertise to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop strategies for managing those impacts.
- Responsible for identifying and managing risks and issues associated with the changes, as well as tracking and reporting on progress against the change plan.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience or training with M365 Copilot and the organizational and operational enablement required to successfully implement
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience scoping and proposing change management initiatives
