Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven leadership in dealership accounting operations
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive accounting experience
  • CDK DMS experience is required (no exceptions)
  • Strong understanding of schedules, reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll, and financial statement preparation
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and process discipline
  • Ability to manage and develop a team while holding accountability
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with variable and fixed departments
