Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Overview
This role is critical for coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring smooth implementation of existing products at various sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations.
- Review and manage tooling between sites.
- Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality, design, and test engineering teams.
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace.
- Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies.
Shift
100% onsite role with no travel required.
