Primary Skills: SQL-Expert, Visualization-Expert, Python-Advanced, Statistics-Expert, A/B Testing-Expert, Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 7 + Months Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $70.00 - $78.00 Per hour Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to lead in the application of advanced statistical methods, spearhead experimentation, and develop data-driven narratives to influence decision-making at senior levels. You will play a crucial role in partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance program performance, customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth by crafting and executing analytical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact customer journeys and operational efficiency by collaborating with data engineering teams and guiding less experienced analysts towards excellence in an innovative working environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive business analysis through statistical analysis, modeling, and data mining to develop actionable insights for business operations improvement. Design, execute, and interpret A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to evaluate program and product performance. Apply advanced statistical techniques for deeper insights to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and ensure alignment on outcome tracking. Guide the development and maintenance of reliable data marts with data engineering teams for scalable analysis. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional skills in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik). Strong foundation in statistical analysis and application. Industry Experience Required: Experience in data science or analytics in a related field is crucial, preferably with 8+ years of experience demonstrating a track record of impactful data-driven decision-making. Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
