Personal Care Assistant

Contract Duration: 31 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:15 AM - 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for an exciting job in Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
- Help the student move safely throughout the school environment.
- Follow care strategies and guidance provided by teachers, therapists, and the student's support plan.
- Maintain daily documentation of activities, care provided, and observations.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, administrators, and family members regarding the student's needs and progress.
- Adhere to all safety standards, privacy guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
- Male candidate preferred (based on student needs).
- Prior experience supporting students or individuals requiring personal care is highly preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain discretion, and demonstrate patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
