My Global Logistics Client is looking for a Dynamic & High-Performing Branch Manager, specializing in Ocean Freight & Brokerage, to join their growing & exciting team in the US.

As a Branch Manager, you will be leading the highest performing branch in the US, from a sales, operational and commercial view. This is a management position, where you will be overseeing the sales team and the branch P&L.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Generate and analyse forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Work with both Sales and Operations teams to increase the company's exposure with the goals of retaining all existing business and gaining significant new business.
  • Directly oversee an assigned territory with branch sales team and showcase extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in the area.
  • Ensures quality system goals are consistently in focus and energies are directed to their achievement.
Essential Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in managing a sales team and/or Branch
  • Ability to meet an exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Hands on, flexible management style
