Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay Range: $60,908
What's the Job?
- Ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair of production machinery
- Perform repairs on injection molders, blow molders, fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers
- Maintain and troubleshoot facilities and auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, and water filtration systems
- Work collaboratively with machine operators, supervisors, and maintenance team members to resolve mechanical issues
- Document repairs, parts, and material usage accurately and report issues promptly
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance environment or similar manufacturing setting
- Experience managing people and projects for at least 4 years
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Proficiency with shop tools and precision measuring equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
