Position Overview: As the General Manager of Restaurant Operations, you will lead and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure our restaurant excels in meeting its goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Upholding company standards for product quality and facility maintenance.
  • Supervising food safety procedures and operational processes diligently.
  • Managing financial controls to achieve profit margin goals.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team.

You will engage in hands-on activities as necessary to train your team, address customer service needs, and model exemplary behavior in the restaurant.

Accountabilities:

Customer Satisfaction: Promote quick, accurate service, maintain positive guest relations, and ensure quality consistency. Actively resolve customer concerns and track analytics to address service issues while ensuring food safety compliance.

Financial Management: Create and manage the restaurant's annual operating plan, analyze and respond to sales, labor, and inventory data, and guide your team to enhance profitability. You will also lead CAPEX requests and liaise with vendors.

Operational Excellence: Ensure facilities and equipment align with company standards, manage inventory and food prep daily, and establish performance metrics for service speed. You will oversee weekly staff scheduling too.

Human Resources: Oversee all HR functions at the restaurant, including hiring, performance management, and employee relations. You will actively participate in training management staff and develop your team for future responsibilities while ensuring equitable treatment and compliance with labor regulations.

Success Metrics: Your success will be measured by the overall achievement of the restaurant's goals, margin improvements, sales growth, and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

Skills Required: You should be committed to delivering top-tier customer service, lead a cohesive team, and possess strong business acumen.

Experience: Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience in food service or retail, and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and financial performance.
