Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Fort Lauderdale, FL (required);
• Experience in AZURE IaaS and M365 (5+ years);
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams;
• Experience with Microsoft Teams lifecycle management, collaboration features, and integrations.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 and SharePoint automation.
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management and Microsoft Purview compliance and security tools (DLP, sensitivity labels, auditing, etc.).
• Experience with various Linux Distros and Microsoft Windows Server 2016 through 2025

Preferred:
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments;
• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments;
• Azure Solutions Architect experience
• NetApp Storage Array Experience
• VMWare VCF Experience
• VEEAM VRO Experience;
• Agile project management or ITIL certification;
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification;
• MCSE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Serve as the primary architect and SME for Microsoft AZURE IaaS including Network, Firewalls, Virtual machines, App Services, Automations and Security of cloud resources;
• Serve as the primary architect and SME for M365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Mail);
• Manage M365 tenant-level settings and ensure compliance with security and governance policies;
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud performance, availability, and reliability issues;
• Administer Microsoft Teams, including lifecycle management, policies, guest access, Entra ID, MFA, SAML integrations and Identity Protections;
• Provide user training, documentation, support, and guidance for SharePoint, M365 and AZURE IaaS features and best practices including compliance;
• Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce data loss prevention (DLP), retention, and access policies.
