A well-established primary care group in Avon, CT is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its high-performing outpatient team

Your Role as an Internal Medicine Physician:

  • Provide Comprehensive Care Serve a diverse patient population with both acute and chronic conditions.

  • Focus on Prevention Guide patients through long-term health strategies.

  • Collaborate Across Disciplines Work closely with a full care team to ensure seamless care.

  • Utilize Data & Outcomes Drive personalized, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for Connecticut Medical License Unrestricted licensure required

  • Experience Preferred 2+ years of outpatient practice (not required)

  • Comfortable with EMRs Athena EMR experience is a plus

  • Strong Communication Skills Team-oriented and patient-focused
