Shift hours: Monday - Friday 4-8PM
Pay rate: $18/hour
Responsibilities
- Operate the property's golf cart to transport residents to and from overflow parking lot in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
- Work with property staff to maintain proper working order.
- Light lifting to assist with resident groceries or bags.
- Interact with residents with customer service at the forefront. Promote positive resident relations through prompt and courteous service.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be able to lift and assist with bags weighing up to 50lbs.
- Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills, and friendly personality.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- One year experience in similar position desired. Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus.
