We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a Human Resource Generalist to join their team in
North East, PA.

Here are exiting responsibilities..

  • As Human Resources Generalist you'll Monitors plant culture, plans, and executes key actions to improve employee engagement.
  • You'll be tracking, monitoring, and administering medical leaves in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You'll assist in the administration of benefits.
  • You'll be responsible for the administration of the Plant Safety team, conducts audits to improve safety culture and results.
  • You'll lead the recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions, including selection and onboarding.
  • Administer labor relations, including resolving conflict proactively, and grievance handling.

We would love to hear from you if :
  • Have a bachelor Degree in Human Resources with emphasis on Labor Relations and Safety
  • Have a demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of laws and regulations to employment issues
  • Have a Track record of successful talent management strategies including recruiting and on-boarding
  • Have a 2 to 5 years previous Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment. Unionized workforce experience preferred.


Complete relocation will be taken care.
