Are you passionate about medical education and hands-on training? Join us as aSenior Procedural Training Specialistand play a pivotal role in shaping best-in-class procedural skills programs that empower healthcare professionals and advance patient outcomes.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the design and execution of procedural skills training sessions forOrthopaedicMedical Education events, including cadaveric labs and simulation-based programs

  • Coordinate surgeon skills training programs at Smith+Nephew events, societies, and S+N Academy meetings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Medical Education) to ensure safe and effective use of Smith+Nephew technologies

  • Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders

  • Support regional fellowship programs and society partnerships, including grant submissions and event planning

  • Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory guidelines for all medical education activities

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate preferred) and 5+ years of experience

  • Clinical background in an orthopedic surgical setting (Surgical Technician or Registered Nurse experience ideal)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 75%

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and experience leading large-scale projects
