Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA / STNA)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to patients and residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being while working closely with nurses and other medical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
  • Provide assistance with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
  • Support residents with transfers and positioning using safe techniques and equipment.
  • Foster a positive and caring environment by building meaningful connections with patients and their families.
  • Uphold infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and ethical care practices.
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA or STNA).
  • VantageClear - MediClear Certification
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
