Position Summary:

Join our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program, designed to immerse you in a 16-week training experience covering:

  • General Training: Learn all positions in dining services including dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher.
  • Leadership Development: Guide teams in food preparation and service.
  • Policies & Procedures: Ensure adherence to food quality standards and customer service expectations.
  • Reporting: Manage records related to finances and supply.
  • Communication: Relay important directives to the team effectively.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all protocols.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction through positive interactions.
  • Resident Experience: Foster pleasant and respectful relations with residents and guests.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Associate's degree in food service management or hospitality preferred.
  • Specialized training in food service management is required.
  • Experience in quantity food production and supervision is desired.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on-site consistently.
  • Must live in the service area.
