As a Clinical Operations Associate Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the performance of multiple centers, ensuring our team meets high clinical standards while directly impacting patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage the Medical Directors across multiple sites, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed market performance goals, including financial metrics and patient satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach clinical leaders to foster excellence in patient care.
- Support talent development initiatives for all clinical staff, including PCPs and NPs.
- Build a positive and collaborative culture that aligns with ChenMed's core values.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new clinical practitioners.
- Engage in recruiting and interviewing candidates for various clinical roles.
- Develop and maintain strong community relationships to enhance patient care collaboration.
- Monitor and address workplace culture issues proactively.
- Review center-level referrals and provide market-level authorizations as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Support the Regional President with market improvement initiatives.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with clinical leadership.
- Assist with the implementation of cost-effective strategies.
- Deliver direct patient care, maintaining an active clinical presence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or related specialty.
- A minimum of 2 years clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, with a focus on Medicare or Medicaid populations is strongly preferred.
- Current medical license to practice in your state of employment.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical roles, particularly in managing complex patient needs.
