Treatment Coordinator

We are a patient-centered general dental practice in Downers Grove, Illinois, seeking a reliable and friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our team This key front-office position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients understand their dental needs and guiding them through their treatment journey with confidence and care.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and build rapport with patients in person and by phone
- Present treatment plans clearly, including procedures, timelines, and financial options
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments to ensure efficient patient flow
- Review insurance benefits and help patients understand their coverage
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment or insurance pre-authorizations
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team for smooth case presentation and hand-offs
- Maintain accurate patient records and financial documentation
- 1-2+ years experience in dental front office or treatment coordination preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance verification is a strong plus
- Comfortable discussing finances and presenting treatment plans
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Dentrix software a bonus
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Hours: Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, W 9-5 , Th 9-5, F 9-3
