As a Merchandising Support Specialist, your primary role will be to offer essential in-store merchandising support tailored to meet the needs of shoppers. This involves setting up attractive displays, organizing shelves with product rotation, and managing inventory to ensure that both stores and suppliers capitalize on sales opportunities. We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing way
  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • Can handle physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the work location
  • Showcase excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • Exhibit a motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong focus on results
  • Can work independently but also enjoy collaborating within a team
  • Understand the importance of a safety-first mentality while performing job duties in a retail environment
