We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the 360 Grille, our signature fine dining restaurant. Lead a passionate team, create memorable guest experiences, and grow your career in a vibrant, resort setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Trains, supervises, and empowers associates to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with food and beverage standards.
  • Service & Sanitation Standards: Oversees all dining areas to ensure top-tier cleanliness, food handling safety, and consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Beverage & Inventory Management: Manages alcohol service compliance, inventory control, and associate training, including TIPS certification.
  • Guest Experience & Engagement: Leads the guest journey from arrival to departure, addressing feedback and special requests to ensure memorable dining experiences.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Partners with chefs and managers to develop creative promotions, enhance menus, and drive revenue through strategic planning.
