Team Lead

Our client is seeking a 3rd shift Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the Operations supporting the Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Marion NC

Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates during the 3rd shift.

• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to meet operational demands.

• Maintain accurate shift records, including production output, attendance, and incident reports.

• Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently and effectively.

• Communicate with other shift leads and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment .

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.

• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is a plus.

• Willingness to work overnight hours and maintain a consistent schedule.
