• Number of Staff - 38 RNs 6 PD RNs, 12 Benefited techs 1PD Tech
• Type of staff:

o Day Shift - Current 16 Benefited RN including charge, 6-7 OR Techs.

o Mid shift - 4 Teams

o Evening shift 1 Team
• Patient Ratios - Does not apply
• Type of equipment - Periop equipment
• EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: Surgical Technician

Must have : Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• CAAHEP or ABHES program completion
• BLS
• Experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• CST preferred

• Neuro, Spine, Total Joint, Gastric Sleeves, Major General surgery, ENT, Pediatric, urology,

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS

• Scrub hospital provided-

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Will orient to policy on site

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Will rotate call with the rest of the staff. Will discuss call rotation during interview with us.
