Role: Scrum Master

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Minneapolis, MN or Newark, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:
  • Coach teams on Agile values and principles and their application as well as backlog management to maximize business value.
  • Support the team by removing and/or escalating impediments that the team cannot resolve themselves including topics related to scope, schedule, prioritization, decision making, risk management, etc.
  • Plan and facilitate team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo, and retrospectives.
  • Lead team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and continuous improvement.
  • Shield the team from frequent outside distractions and interferences
Must Haves:
  • Experienced Scrum Master (SM) that can manage two teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent JIRA Skills.
  • Clear Scrum Master experience and capabilities like efficiently facilitating Standups & Retros, documenting and driving Kaizens, keeping the team focused and on track to deliver on Sprint Commitments and quickly getting stuff out of their way like accesses, etc.
