Your Job: Lead and WinYou are the leader who will:
- Be Bold: Get your team excited to talk to every customer with full confidence. Make them believe in Flagstone's amazing work.
- Demand Results: Create a clear culture where everyone is responsible for their own sales. You set the highest bar, and they must reach it.
- Beat the Others: Always watch the market, try new ideas, and make sure Flagstone is always ahead of the competition.
- Close the Biggest Deals: Show the team how it's done by leading talks and landing the largest customer contracts.
- A strong, clear way of leading that people respect and follow.
- Proof that you took full responsibility for past sales or profit goals and hit huge numbers.
- Experience in a sales job where you earned a lot of commission, worked fast, and handled high volume is a big plus.
