Your Role - Creating Memorable Experiences

In this position, you're not just overseeing operations; you're inspiring a passionate team dedicated to service excellence. You'll manage both front and back-of-house activities, championing our commitment to hospitality and teamwork. Be prepared to lead, coach, and develop your team, manage inventory, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. With the right training and resources, you'll set an example that embodies the warmth of country hospitality.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Leads with empathy, making every staff member and guest feel appreciated.

  • Excels in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from kitchen to service.

  • Balances efficiency with a people-first leadership approach.

  • Remains calm and motivates teams during peak hours.

  • Understands that a great dining experience is a team effort supported by strong leadership.

  • Has 2-5+ years of successful management experience in the restaurant industry, including at least 1 year at Cracker Barrel.

  • Is available to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), including on weekends and holidays.

  • Holds a valid driver's license.

Pay Range: $19.23 - $23.53. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis.
