Receptionist for Outpatient Services - FT Day/Evening

This full-time opportunity at Valle Vista offers 40 hours per week, full benefits, and a 12:00p - 8:30p schedule Monday - Friday providing support for our outpatient services.

Responsibilities:

The Outpatient Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering calls, and checking in patients. In addition, the receptionist may assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned by the Program Manager.

Qualifications:

Education/Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment, computer skills and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment, preferred.
