Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive rehab team in O'Fallon, Missouri. This full-time, permanent role offers consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment plans
  • Assist patients with daily living skills, adaptive equipment, and functional activities
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary rehab team
Requirements
  • Active Missouri OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
