HRIS Specialist

Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Contract HRIS Specialist to support the implementation of our client HR system in the Dallas, TX Location.

This position is not an analyst role but requires someone with a strong understanding of HRIS functionality, configuration, and integration - particularly within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of the HRIS system (UKG).

Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure a smooth deployment.

Provide system knowledge and guidance throughout the rollout process.

Identify potential issues and help streamline data and process integrations.

Support testing, user training, and change management as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with UKG / Kronos / Ultimate Software.

Proven background in HRIS or HR Technology projects.

Experience supporting or implementing HR systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
