Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:
  • 10+ years of SAP HR ABAP experience programming in the HR/Payroll modules.
  • Lead the design and development of custom solutions in SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, TM, and Benefits).
  • Develop and maintain ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts and Workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
  • Review and approve technical specifications ensuring completeness and adherence to standards.
  • Optimize existing code and troubleshoot complex issues across HR modules.
  • Support integration with SuccessFactors, Payroll, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior ABAP developers.
  • Lead technical workshops and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
  • Experience in S4 HANA (H4S4) is a plus.
  • Experience in BTP and Integration Suite is a plus.
  • Experience in at least one end to end project implementation.
