Our client in Nashville, TN client has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Specialist on a contract to possible hire basis. Â

Desktop Support Specialist Role:
The Desktop Support Specialist will support employees with all computer, network, and cell phone queries
Updating helpdesk tickets and maintaining the desktop support log by opening, resolving, and closing tickets
Assist with cell phone support, set up and troubleshooting
Help setup new users with workstations and network/printer set up Â
Provide all employees with exchange support, app support (Zoom, Box, internal applications, etc.)
Assist with OU management, internal/external directory management, and vendor management Â
Help document and update standard troubleshooting practicesÂ

Desktop Support Specialist Background Profile:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a systems/window admin role, or 5+ years in a help desk roleÂ
Strong Microsoft Suite skills; experience with O365/M365 administration (exchange and licensing)Â
Windows and Windows server experience
Mobile device management experienceÂ
Azure Active Directory ManagementÂ
Experience updating drivers, adding printers, and adding computers to the domain
High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to plan, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Ability to troubleshoot NIC settings and VPN issues
