- Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine pricing structures that are both competitive and profitable.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all pricing strategies and activities comply with FMC regulations.
- Operational Collaboration: Work alongside the operations team to identify needs for network improvements or system designs that enhance profitability.
- Sales Support: Provide the sales team with business intelligence reports, focusing on niche markets and emerging trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Track turnover and respond swiftly to market changes, ensuring deadlines are met and previous strategies are adjusted as necessary.
- HS diploma with desired experience or bachelor's degree in a related major.
- 2+ years of experience in international sea freight (FCL and LCL) pricing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Proven experience in rate negotiation and pricing strategy development.
- Familiarity with FMC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
