The Front Desk Team Leader plays a critical role in our operations, overseeing front desk staff to ensure outstanding patient care services are delivered. You will mentor and equip Care Facilitators with resources and support, all while upholding our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Care Facilitators and front desk staff, setting performance goals and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and development, promoting team member retention through effective onboarding and regular coaching.
  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to established procedures and prioritizing patient flow efficiency.
  • Manage scheduling to guarantee that every patient is assigned and scheduled appropriately.
  • Serve as a Front Desk Ambassador, facilitating a warm and welcoming experience for patients and their families.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA and clinical standards, proactively addressing performance issues as they arise.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support the center's operational needs, including maintaining office inventory and troubleshooting technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a medical facility.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach teams to achieve positive results.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Working knowledge of medical insurance and electronic medical records systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT systems.
