As a Data Entry Clerk at Sharpcontra, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring data integrity and supporting our business processes. You will work with various departments to input, verify, and organize data, making sure it's always reliable and accessible.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input data into internal databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is correct and current.
  • Generate reports and compile data as requested by the management team.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support data-related needs and projects.
  • Follow confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications

Skills Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with data entry software or database management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and other departments.
  • Previous experience in data entry or an administrative role is preferred but not required.
