Customer Service Advisor
Join the Camping World team as a Customer Service Advisor and be a key player in enhancing customer experiences In this role, you'll take charge of initiating and processing repair service requests while providing necessary administrative support to our Service Department. Your communication skills will help keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle servicing. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs for specialized products and services through direct interaction.
- Promote additional services to enhance average transaction value.
- Provide accurate price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their services throughout the process.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a service role is preferred.
- A background in RV products or the camping lifestyle is highly desirable.
- Proficient in daily computer use, including internet searches as required.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on follow-up.
- Ability to adhere to established department procedures and policies.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs, or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods.
Compensation Overview:
The compensation for this position is based on various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs. The expected total annual compensation range (including base salary and potential variable compensation) is between $50,000 and $80,000 or more.
