Front Desk Agent - Highly Skilled and Motivated

As a Front Desk Agent at Quality Inn & Suites, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Overview:
  • Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
  • Act as the hotel's Public Relations Director and promote the property within the industry
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Participate in morning meetings and departmental meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
  • Build strong working relationships with hotel staff and departments
