Your Role Will Embrace the Following Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and organizing the operating room for surgical procedures
  • Maintaining sterile environments and adhering to established infection control protocols
  • Assisting surgeons and surgical staff by providing necessary instruments and supplies
  • Managing surgical equipment pre, intra, and post-procedure
  • Overseeing necessary supplies, ensuring every operation has what it needs
  • Collaborating seamlessly with nursing teams, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff
  • Keeping precise documentation and maintaining accurate surgical counts
Qualifications Required:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Licenses and Certifications Needed:
  • Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
