Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager for an upcoming opportunity with the Department of Defense Health Agency Office of Small Business Program Support Service contract responsible for the performance of work. MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technicalassistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience with the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education. - Provide Program Management Oversight with coordination and review of new agreements and program management reviews with all stakeholders and assist with the development and management of budget and expenditure reports.
- Provide Monthly Progress Report (MPR).
- Provide Emergency Plan.
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business field and at least five (5) years' experience successfully managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas.
- Knowledge in federal procurement, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Regulations Supplement (DFARS) small business and program execution, strategic communication, mentor-protege and program support services.
