Description:

Real Lansing FC is seeking dedicated volunteers to support our free youth soccer and education programs. We serve Lansing School District students, many new to the community, and rely on volunteers to make our mission possible.

Opportunities include:

  • Tutoring & Mentoring (Tues/Thurs, 2:45–3:45 PM at Gardner): Support students with homework, small-group learning, and relationship building.
  • Transportation (practice pick-up and game days): Help ensure kids get safely to and from practices and matches, or sponsor a team for the season.
  • Program Support & Admin: Assist with communications, coordinating rides, and keeping activities organized.
  • Fundraising & Events: Support community events, donor outreach, and creative fundraising efforts that sustain our mission.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for youth, education, and community engagement
  • Reliable, supportive, and flexible
  • No soccer experience required
