Be a Key Player in Our Success

  • Welcome customers into the Print Solutions department and provide quick, attentive responses
  • Engage customers with open-ended questions to build relationships and assess their printing requirements
  • Utilize order intake tools effectively to gather project details and recommend appropriate printing solutions
  • Assist customers in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals
  • Conduct consultations to identify potential leads through qualifying questions
  • Be adaptable by taking on additional tasks as assigned, such as assisting with shipping

Essential Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs
  • Able to collaborate and engage with various customers to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
  • Basic computer skills to manage electronic files and utilize programs like Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Capability to manage conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner
  • Integrity in handling customer and business information
  • Physical ability to lift and move supplies weighing between 10 to 50 pounds, and sustain standing and walking for extended periods
