What You Will Do:

  • Take a lead role in managing consulting assignments and interacting regularly with clients.

  • Analyze scientific, clinical, financial, and strategic information to identify business implications of new technologies and emerging trends.

  • Conduct primary research interviews with clinicians and industry thought leaders.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members to fulfill their potential.

  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership and clients, ensuring quality and professionalism.

The Life Sciences practice values continuous career growth. As a Senior Consultant, you will have a structured career path, enhancing your healthcare knowledge and consulting prowess, positioning you for advancement to Managing Consultant.

What You Will Need:

  • BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Life Sciences consulting (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Technology) is essential. Advanced degrees (PhD, PharmD, MBA) may substitute for experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience in commercialization and launch, specializing in oncology.

  • A solid understanding of therapies for treating various tumor types.

  • The ability to work independently with some oversight, demonstrating project management and mentorship capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access, etc.) to guide informed decision-making through data.

  • Advanced skills in data collection, research, and critical thinking to uncover meaningful insights.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to produce client-ready deliverables, including presentations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail in self-review and the review of team members’ work for high-quality deliverables.

  • A willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the US, about 20% of the time.

  • Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine team player.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience working with solid tumor oncology biopharma clients, particularly in NSCLC, Breast, or Prostate Cancer.

  • A strong commitment to the Healthcare and Life Science sectors.

  • The ability to communicate complex clinical and business implications of innovative products and services.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $89,000.00 to $148,000.00, depending on skillsets, experience, training, and other factors.
