A dynamic digital health company is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue by delivering top-notch services. In this role, you will spearhead cross-functional teams and manage impactful digital advertising campaigns tailored for the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, which may require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
- A BA/BS degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in client service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
