Project Manager II

Our client, a leader in industrial engineering and project management, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager II

Location: Schenectady, NY

Pay Range: According to experience.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate with customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project success

• Manage technical project activities and provide leadership in resolving critical issues

• Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements effectively

• Evaluate the financial and schedule impacts of scope changes and implement necessary adjustments

• Support resolution of cross-functional design complexities and mitigate schedule risks

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, design engineering, or field engineering related to HRSG projects

• Ability and willingness to travel domestically (~10-15%)

• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
