The JOB:
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading the Food and Beverage (F&B) front-of-house and overseeing the culinary operations across La Playa Beach & Golf Resort's dining venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial success, and adherence to Noble House brand standards. This role oversees daily activities at multiple F&B outlets, crafting memorable dining experiences and managing all aspects of front-of-house financial accountability, including revenue, payroll, expense control, and departmental profitability. A strong knowledge of wine inventory, food pairing, mixology, and craft beer offerings is essential to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Five to ten years' experience in Food and Beverage leadership position, preferably in a Hospitality Hotel/Resort specific role.
- A minimum of two years in a Director or higher level role.
- It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree, along with experience in Food & Beverage operations and management.
