The Night Auditor at Dalwadi Hospitality Management serves as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience while upholding brand standards. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to learn valuable skills in hospitality management and customer service.
Essential Duties:
- Check in guests efficiently and warmly, ensuring accurate room assignments and rates
- Handle guest check-outs, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism
- Operate hotel phone system, handle reservations, and provide assistance to guests
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Conduct security walks and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Generate audit reports, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a high level of performance
- Strong customer service skills
