Overview:

Signalink is looking to hire a Program Integrator. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support Product Office Leadership in the development and acquisition planning of the M-SHORAD Increment 4 program, leading activities from concept through program initiation and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder integration relationships to ensure seamless coordination across organizations.
  • Translate technical objectives into actionable acquisition plans, schedules, and life-cycle cost estimates.
  • Establish Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and guide members across engineering, test, acquisition, logistics, and business functions toward mission objectives aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and present short- and long-range program planning objectives.
  • Assist with program management plans, program reviews, budget development, and execution briefs.
  • Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) activities.
  • Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks, as well as program barriers.
  • Assist in the development of program management and milestone documentation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
  • Assist in drafting statements of work and other contract documents to ensure timely contract awards.
  • Analyze contractor performance data and recommend solutions to performance, schedule, and cost issues.
  • Ensure program requirements are identified and executed in accordance with Agency and DoD acquisition regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 17 years with a High School diploma, or
    • 15 years with a BA/BS, or
    • 14 years with a MA/MS.
  • Ability to work on-site in a government environment.
  • Self-starter with experience and working knowledge of HQDA processes.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Must be a US citizen
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting Army program offices or air and missile defense programs.
  • Experience developing acquisition plans, schedules, and program documentation.
