Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)
Job Description:
DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline representative of our company, playing a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience for each individual who interacts with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure a positive outcome.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed choices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
