Position: Food Server Department: Steakhouse

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you are empowered to create memorable experiences for our guests.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

  • Having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices.
  • Observing and anticipating guests' needs, throughout their meals.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintaining their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
  • Behaving in a positive, professional manner that reflects our best-in-class hospitality standards.
