Responsibilities
- Guarantee an outstanding Guest experience every time.
- Lead by example and hold Team Members accountable for operational and quality standards.
- Practice self-reflection to identify issues and promote accountability within the team.
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
- Drive positive change and support restaurant initiatives by influencing Team Member behaviors.
- Lead with both heart and intellect.
- Enhance business results through the effective management of costs using Chili's systems.
- Adhere to operational practices, including our Manager Timeline and conducting quality Line Checks.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Team Members to prepare them for growth opportunities.
- Boost Guest engagement and build community relationships within the restaurant.
- Understand and implement safe food handling procedures.
- Embody and communicate Chili's cultural beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
