Base pay range$17.50/hr - $17.50/hr
Responsibilities- As part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
- Take pride in work and strive for excellence. Take responsibility for performance.
- Foster coaching through developing Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Demonstrate organizational core values. Demonstrate openness to new ideas and quickly learn and apply them on the job.
- Exercise strong verbal and written skills. Utilize active listening to seek understanding. Adjust communication to the intended audience.
- Demonstrate continuous dedication to ethical conduct in the completion of job duties. Collaborate effectively with others. Be open to feedback from supervisors, peers and team. Ability to remain calm and deescalate situations.
- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy. Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, including cleanliness standards. Ensure a consistent superior client experience.
- Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
- Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
- The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete duties.
- Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market. Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed. Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.
